I just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of my whole family. Emma everyone was singing your praises and they kept asking if you knew Ruby because the way you spoke about her was spot on and it was as if you were part of the family. We as a family knew you were right for us the moment we met you. You made us feel comfortable, there was no pressure what so ever and we were proven right because yesterday couldn't have gone any better.
