My husband, Tim, died on the 12/07/15; Emma was incredibly kind and understanding; She helped us express memories of Tim and ideas of how we wanted to say goodbye. She helped us create a beautifully personal and memorable tribute. Emma spoke with my sons (13 and 16) in a way that made them feel relaxed and involved. That was important to me and I think it will help them come to terms with their loss.
